As a Technical Business Analyst Partner Solutions, you will support the Group Software Partner Management team in developing and continuously improving scalable solutions for effective collaboration with software partners across the GLS Group. This includes leveraging AI, BI, automation, and modern digital tools to optimize internal and external processes.

Working at the intersection of business, technology, and partner management, you will translate business and partner needs into prioritized roadmaps, requirements, and technical designs. You will ensure accountable delivery-either hands-on or by coordinating internal teams and external providers.

You will also work directly with software partners, gain a deep understanding of their solutions and integrations, and develop subject matter expertise in selected partner solutions and business domains.

What can you expect with us?

• Partner Development & Expertise: Develop software partnerships and build deep expertise in selected partner solutions to support internal stakeholders
• Product Ownership & Technical Delivery: Translate business and partner needs into a prioritized solution roadmap and technical design, and ensure accountable delivery-either hands-on or by coordinating internal teams and external providers
• Business Analysis & Optimization: Analyze partner-related business processes and drive the implementation of scalable solutions and best practices across the GLS Group

What do you bring to the table?

• Years of professional experience in business analysis, technology consulting, solution management, product ownership, or related fields
• Strong affinity for technology, particularly Agentic AI, BI, automation and integrations
• Excellent communication skills and a structured, proactive, and delivery-oriented way of working
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or above)
• Willingness to travel from time to time
• Solid knowledge in e-commerce, logistics or digital platforms is a strong advantage
